Wynn has consistently denied sexual misconduct allegations in multiple courts. He divested company shares, quit the corporate board and resigned as finance chairman of the Republican National Committee. He resigned after the Wall Street Journal published allegations by several women that he sexually harassed or assaulted them at his hotels. Mohegan also became the first Native American tribal operator in the prestigious Las Vegas Strip Market through a joint venture with JC Hospitality Mohegan Casino at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas officially opened in March 2021.Wynn developed luxury properties including the Golden Nugget, Mirage, Treasure Island, Bellagio, Wynn and Encore in Las Vegas Golden Nugget in Atlantic City, New Jersey Beau Rivage in Biloxi, Mississippi Wynn Macau in the Chinese gambling enclave and Encore Boston Harbor in Massachusetts.

Most recently, Mohegan added international management to an ever growing list of accomplishments, becoming the service provider for Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara, both located in the heart of Niagara Falls’ tourism district. With the internationally renowned 10,000 seat Arena, 2 deluxe hotel towers, over 90 shops, celebrity chef restaurants and bars and two expansive casinos, Mohegan delivered this experience to new markets across the country. What began in 1996 as a gaming facility in southeastern Connecticut has expanded into the Northeast’s premier entertainment destination.
